Its headquarters are based in Minneapolis, Minnesota with its manufacturing facility in Owatonna, Minnesota. The company designs, engineers and manufactures industry-leading full volumetric modular units for the multi-family apartment and hospitality industries in the Upper Midwest.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Rise Modular Project lead from Contract Execution through Site Completion
• Client Point of Contact, Project Schedule / Milestone Management
• Contract, Scope & Change Order Management
• RISE internal Schedule, Milestone & Deliverable Management
• RFI / Open Issue Leadership (drive for resolution)
• Material Lead-Time Analysis and PO Predecessor Management
• Material Specification Submittals
• Construction Specifications & Finish Schedules
• Material Costing Tracking
• Milestone Meeting Prep, Agenda and Coordination
• Client / Consultant Factory Visits and follow-up coordination

• Project Planning - Identifying project goals and scope
• Milestone Management - Planning and documenting project tasks
• Task Management - Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them (Who / What / When)
• Schedule Management - Ensuring deliverables are delivered on-time
• Issue Resolution - Eliminating blockers and potential risks. Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Project Coordination (Managing trackers) - Documenting projects process using various project management tools
• Client POC - Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Change Orders - Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables

Key Requirements:

• Wood-Framed Multi-Family / Hospitality Experience
• Procore Proficient
• Material Specification Management
