hospitality development sectors in the U.S. Headquarters is in Plymouth, Minnesota and the Manufacturing facility is in Owatonna, Minnesota.
What We Do?
Rise Modular designs, engineers and manufactures industry leading full volumetric modular units for the multi-family apartment and hospitality sectors. In addition, the company’s affiliated development arm executes select multi-family development projects and partners with other developers to bring key know-how of modular technologies and to share execution risk.
What You Will Do:
This person will manage the accounts payable for the various Rise entities and projects. This includes entering data entry, monitoring accounts, generating reports and collaborating with Rise team members and external parties. (Note: This role is “On-Site” which requires in-office presence 5-days per week; Rise believes collaboration is most effective when face-to-face)
Specific duties include:
- Receive, process and verify vendor invoices
- Record vendor payments from all sources including checks, wires/ACH and credit cards.
- Process customer invoices
- Manage Rise’s various credit card accounts
- Function as lead contact and relationship manager to vendors
- Ensure financial transactions include proper support and approval
- Prepare standardized internal accounting reports
- Process personal expense reports (aging, consolidate Rise entities, etc.)
- Promote a paperless environment
- Support the Accounting & Finance with special projects
The Right Candidate Has the Following Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience
- Be part of an in-office team environment
- Positive Attitude
- Flexible on Job Responsibilities
- Ability to Work in Fast Paced Environment
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe PDF
- Experience with QuickBooks and other ERP systems
- Willing to promote a paperless environment
Salary Range
- $60K to $70K
